BOOKING FORM

A booking deposit of 30% of the Total Holiday Price should accompany your booking form, this should be in the form of a cheque made payable to Michelle James.  The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure by Cheque and sent to the address below.  Your caravan will be vacant after 3:00pm on the first day of hire and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
The Mobile is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, mains electric, refrigerator, cooker, exterior table, seating, Duvets / Blankets are provided, sheets are not.   Towels are not provided.
A caution cheque of £100 is also payable 8 weeks prior to departure and the cheque will be returned in full if the accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition and free from damage.  PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation within 4 weeks of your arrival date means total loss of the cost of the mobile home.

I agree to hire the above mobile home and understand that the Caravan Owners, their Agents or Employees shall not be held responsible for any members of my party due to any cause what so ever, nor for the loss or damage to personal goods/property during the period of hire, although our help and assistance is always assured.
